Tonight. Let's practice Dream Intention or Dream Incubation. Pose a problem that you want to solve. Write it down and think about it. Say it aloud a few times, then, let it go. Get your notebook and in the morning write any snippet or memory about the dream. Let your dreams unfold!

  1. This is a very nice blog. I will try to catch a dream tonight...

I usedf to be able to tell myself to remember my dreams, but the ability has passed in the last several months. Any ideas out there?

  2. The best thing to do, is to keep something to write on next to your bed. Then, even if you catch a snippet of a dream during the night, it has information and is trying to tell you something. In the morning, write it down and then, while writing, see what other information comes to you. Dreams stimulate our intuition, imagination and creativity. The more you write them down, the more you will learn about yourself.
